When shipping the instrument, SAP uses a professional transportation company, that has been cooperating for 10 years now. Trucks used for instruments’ transport are professionally equipped, which enables us to move the pianos safely – our vans are fitted out with special ramps, catches, fastening belts etc. Moreover, the loading part of the trucks is heated, so that we could transport the instruments in autumn and winter. 

The drivers provide the customers with special insurance forms to be filled in before giving the instrument to renovation. Thanks to that, the clients may be sure their pianos are safe during the shipment as well as restoration processes. In case of the pianos’ transportation from beyond EU, we deal with all the custom formalities.
