1.How long does the general renovation take? The full restoration takes around 5-6 weeks. The renovation waiting time is quite short, as every separate part (case, acoustic and action) we renovate at the same time, on three individually adapted halls. We also do have a special lacquering cabin, connected with a drying room, that accelerate the process of lacquering. The renovation takes longer in case of french polishing, as we apply each layer by hand. 2.How big is your company? We employ 60 people and renovate around 550-600 instruments yearly. 3.What warranty policy do you provide to your customers? All of our works are covered by a five-year warranty. In case of lodgement a complaint, the instrument is shipped to our company, corrected according to client’s requirements, and delivered back – we meet all expenses. 4.Where to meet you at exhibition? From 1996 we participate at Musikmesse in Frankfurt on the Mene, and from 2002 at Namm Show in Anaheim (California state).
